Building the administrative workforce ambulatory surgery deserves
Perivanta exists to close the gap between how important ambulatory surgery centers have become and how much of their work still moves by hand. We build the system that owns each case’s administrative lifecycle — from the referral fax to the correctly paid claim — so small teams can run big case volumes without living in queues.
What we’re here to do
Surgery is migrating to ambulatory settings on every structural force in healthcare — payer incentives, clinical innovation, physician ownership. But the administrative model underneath hasn’t changed: every case still depends on people re-keying facts, chasing records, working portals, and remembering follow-ups across a dozen disconnected systems. The teams carrying this shift deserve better than more queues on top of systems of record.
